HOPE IS FOR THE DEAD is a game of surviving the end of the world, a miniature skirmish game of scavenging, killing zombies, and building your very own Haven. A deadly virus found in the deep frozen lakes of Antarctica was the source of the first outbreak, and soon after the virus spread across the world.

For those new to the bleak world of Forbidden Psalm games, here is what you need to know. 

Forbidden Psalm is a tabletop miniatures game, inspired by and compatible with MÖRK BORG. 

Forbidden Psalm is a 28mm miniatures agnostic game. You can use any miniatures you already own that fit the bill or build custom minis for this game (with random tables to help you determine how to build them). Solo Play and Coop rules included. All content is also able to be used in the MÖRK BORG ttrpg. 

In Hope is for the Dead you play as a Haven that is trying to survive two years. Game play is built off of the award winning Forbidden Psalm system. Each Haven member gains a Flaw, Feat, and equipment. Unlike in other Forbidden Psalm games, instead of buying equipment you will need to scavenge what you need to make it through. 

Upgrade your Haven, visit 8 unique locations with unique scavenge tables and deal with hostiles from mutated Infected to Infected Animals to Bandits and other Havens. 

A game of Horror, Body Horror, and Surviving against all odds, in Hope is for the Dead your Haven members will suffer Injuries, Flaws, and even be turned if they are unlucky. But, maybe you can find a way to hope and survive to see tomorrow.

Hope is for the Dead is a miniatures game that can be played SOLO, Vs or COOP, with NPC Infected and Bandits, rules for playing as a single Haven or two working together, and so much more. Hope is for the Dead is a stand alone game that requires no other Forbidden Psalm game to play.
