Buylist FAQ

Thanks for your interest in our buylist beta.  Below is our FAQ for submissions.

 

What cards am I able to sell?

  • Any card or variant listed is a card that we're currently accepting.
  • Please note the condition, as currently we're asking everyone to send only near mint. If after review we determine a card to not fall within this condition threshold, it may be valued at 50% of the quoted price or otherwise refused.  We use the same grading standards that are found on TCGPlayer.
  • Please note that we also have a limit of 10 of any single card per customer per week.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any card for any reason.  If the card was listed on our buylist and all other guidelines are met for the submission, we will return at no expense to the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of a return if card(s) are refused for any other reasons.

What options do I have for getting paid?

  • Currently we offer both Paypal and store credit.
  • Store credit receives a 25% bonus credit.  Please be sure your submission email matches your store account that you wish to be credited.
  • Paypal transactions will have approximately a 3% processing fee applied by Paypal.  Please be sure your submission email matches your paypal account that you wish to receive funds to.
  • Please allow 2-4 business days for verification and payment.

How long do I have to mail the cards once I place the submission?

  • It's best to get the cards sent off within 1 day to ensure they arrive to us within 7 days.
  • Submissions arriving later than 7 days from the time of submission may have prices updated to the most current buylist prices.
  • For local drop offs please ensure that they are dropped off by the next business day.

How should I package and sort my cards?

  • Cards should be sorted in the same order as the buylist cart/confirmation email.
  • Please protect all cards to ensure no damage will occur, including but not limited to: using a toploader for cards over $10, putting all cards inside of a small cardboard box before placing into a larger cardboard box, using loose paper or packing peanuts between the outer box and inner box.

Which carrier/service should I use to mail the cards?

  • USPS priority or USPS first class is the fastest and most affordable.
  • USPS priority provides the shipper with $100 of insurance in case the package is lost or damaged.
  • USPS first class is only for packages under 1 pound and will not be insured.
  • Whichever method you choose be sure to save your tracking number.

  • Please include your buylist # on the outside of the package for faster processing.
  • We are a newer address and have been told the post office will try to correct the address to an adjacent city.  Please ensure that the address is exactly as posted above.  It exists and we're really here.

How long will it take to receive my Paypal payment or store credit?

  • Expect payment to be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
